Specifically, these Services include but are not limited to applications such as Prose Daily Planner. Your Data Protection Rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

To exercise your data protection rights, you can make certain requests and ask us what personal information we have about you. If you make this request, we will return to you information as required by law. Please note, you are entitled to ask us to provide you with this information up to two times in a rolling twelve-month period. When you make this request, the information provided may be limited to the personal information we collected about you in the previous 12 months.
Please note, if you ask us to delete your data, it may impact your experience with us, and you may not be able to participate in certain programs or membership services which require the usage of your personal information to function. But in no circumstances, we will discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children’s Data
Our Services are geared towards users at least 13 years of age, and we assume that users are not under the age of 13. If parents or legal guardians suspect that their children, under the age of 13, have provided us with personal data inadvertently, they may request such personal data be removed by contacting us at joseph@dailyplan.pro. Users who are between 13 and 18 years old (or the relevant age defined as a minor in the respective jurisdiction) should seek the consent of their parents or legal guardians before using our Services.
Data Security
Data given to PROSE to store over the internet is safeguarded from unauthorized access by requiring user authentication (i.e. logging in) using widely-accepted standards (e.g. email and password). After authentication, there are additional rules governing the content that each authenticated user may see, which is ultimately determined by each user-author through the settings that they choose in the application. The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

This Policy may be changed from time to time. If we change anything important about this Policy (e.g., the type of personal data we collect), we will provide a prominent link together with the updated policy for your reference on our Services.
